Completing the supplier documentation:
A user name and password will be sent to you to enable you to complete their information via the online questionnaire, detailing company information, financial details and products and services.

Deadlines:
From the date you sign up you will have 1 month to complete your application and return it to the co-ordination unit Achilles.

Qualification:
Upon receipt of the completed qualification material the co-ordination unit will start the qualification process, provided all the required documentation has been submitted. If elements of the application are not to hand, our qualification team will send you a written notification so that missing elements may be sent in. The information is evaluated on the basis of standard criteria set forth by the subscribing oil companies. Changes in the information are only made upon the suppliers written consent. All information is treated confidentially. You will receive written notification of the result of the qualification process.

Exporting data to the buyers:
Suppliers who achieve qualification in Achilles' Supplier Management Services will have their registration information made available to all the subscribing companies. Most of Achilles qualification systems are available to the users on the Internet, ensuring regular and frequent updates and availability also for projects that are operated outside of the company.

Update requirements:
To maintain continuous qualification, the supplier must, as a minimum, perform an annual update. An invitation to update the registration is forwarded by the coordination unit automatically in due time before the supplier's qualification expires. At the annual update the information entered the previous year is naturally included in the questionnaire so that it is only a matter of editing the registration.
