One of the leading providers of water and wastewater services in the UK. Part of the AWG Plc group, Anglian Water is located in the east of England and serves the needs of around six million industrial, commercial and domestic customers.
Anglian Water utilises Achilles full portfolio of products and services.
The company Metro de Madrid manages one of the largest and fastest growing metro systems in the world. In it's latest round of expansions, which were completed in the spring 2003, they increased the total length of the metro to 223 kilometres.
A huge project in the late 1990s and early 2000s installed approximately 50 kilometres of new metro tunnels, including a direct connection between downtown Madrid and Barajas International Airport. They also added service to more outlying areas, including a huge 40-kilometre loop called Metrosur serving Madrid's southern suburbs.
Since 1999, Metro de Madrid has been one of the Subscribers to Aquiles' Transport Qualification System and in 2002 became users of the Supplier Performance Rating Service.

Organised in 1944, the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) is an international not-for-profit educational and technical organization of public purchasing agencies. The Institute is composed of 70 chapters and more than 2,200 agency members representing federal, state, provincial and local government levels throughout the United States and Canada. These agencies represent over 12,000 individuals serving the public procurement community.
The mission of the Institute is to enhance public procurement, promote the profession and preserve the public trust by providing expertise, direction, and leadership for members and other stakeholders.

Statoil ASA is Norway's largest oil company, it is partly state owned and has been a user of Achilles JQS from the beginning in 1991. Statoil has adopted most of the other services we can offer; Statoil is the largest user of the contract system ACS. The company is also the largest single user of the pre-qualification system Achilles JQS ( for the North Sea area). Statoil ASA has been represented in the Achilles JQS Steering committee from day one. Statoil ASA is also using Achilles` pre-qualification systems RPP in Venezuela.

The early participation of Portsmouth Housing Association (PHA) in the Clients' Charter and their proactive approach taken to the Clients' Charter has been recognised. Portsmouth Housing Association has become the first organisation to achieve and retain Clients' Charter status following their achievements in year one of their programme.
The four companies within the PHA group work in Social Housing and Community regeneration in Portsmouth and South East Hampshire. Portsmouth Housing Association is the parent company and celebrated its' 30th Anniversary in 2003. An established and successful Social Landlord PHA has an excellent track record of developing and providing innovative housing and regeneration solutions in the local area.
