Achilles provides a number of EC procurement legislation services, all of which are aimed to help those involved in regulated procurement manage successfully the risks involved.
THEMiS is a specialist decision support package used by over 500 utilities, public sector and private organisations in the UK and Ireland involved in procurement covered by the EC procurement legislation.

Themis offers two services:
Standard Themis - A free of charge system which allows you to send notices electronically to the Official Journal. Achilles are a registered e-sender
Premium Service - a subscription service which includes Standard Themis. A specialist support service which includes over 250 frequently asked question, UK and ECJ court cases, policy guidance, UK, Scottish and Irish Regulations, EC Directives and the "Ask Achilles" function which allows the subscribers to ask Achilles EC experts questions.
